- Payments are made via PayPal.
- Please be sure to fill out all forms and to provide all pertinent information ie color (if applicable), any particular instructions, etc.
- Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class but that might change to general mail if you have combined orders. Cookbooks are sent via USPS Media Mail. Gift certificates ordered alone are sent via stamped mail. We do not offer rush shipping, sorry.
- Your order will almost always be processed within 3 business days, Monday thru Friday. During peak season please plan for possible shipping delays.
- If we are unable to fill your order (ran out of the item, etc) you will be contacted via email and you will be fully refunded unless you'd like to wait for a restock or choose a replacement item.
- If you're sent the wrong item and it was our mistake, it's yours to keep AND your money will be refunded.
- If you're sent the wrong item due to choosing incorrect sizing or pattern then we are happy to exchange it but you do have to pay for the extra shipping costs.
- During a shipping freeze orders are welcome to be placed here on the webstore, but will not be shipped out until the freeze is over. Any shipping freeze will be displayed on the site.
